The Sundance Film Festival is once again taking over Park City, Utah.  The annual event gets under way today, and plenty of musicians will be in town mingling with the filmmakers and movie fans. 

Belle and Sebastian and Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea are both set to perform during the fest in conjunction with the premieres of their respective films. 

Belle and Sebastian frontman Stuart Murdoch wrote and directed God Help the Girl, while Flea is showing off his acting skills in "Low Down." 

Meanwhile, recent Golden Globe-winner Alex Ebert is scheduled to perform one of the fest's DJ sets.  The "All Is Lost" composer and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros frontman will also take part in a panel discussion about music in film with William H. Macy, Faith No More's Mike Patton, and others.
