A pilot for Southwest named John Ritchie made an announcement on a recent flight that his ONE-MILLIONTH passenger was on board. He used to be in the Navy, but he's been flying for Southwest for the past 22 years.
He figured out who the one-millionth passenger was and gave her a bottle of champagne. He also gave her an envelope filled with cash to cover the cost of her ticket.
