It's National Pancake Day! How Often Do You Eat Breakfast in the P.M.?

I am NOT endorsing this product, but I tried it and it is very good.

Uncle John

Choc Zero Syrup

A new survey for National Pancake Day found over two-thirds of us sometimes eat breakfast foods when it's NOT breakfast. Including 50% who do it regularly.

BONUS: Check out the recipe for KETO FRIENDLY Pancakes...I have made them 2 times and they are a sugar free Maple Syrup that is sooo Good...

(note: I am in NO WAY endorsing the Syrup, I just tried it and thought I would share with you)

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature

½ cup coconut flour

¼ c Swerve, or other favorite sweetener ( I like Monk Fruit Blend with Erythritol is all natural and no funny taste)

½ cup heavy cream, or keto approved milk of choice

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 Eggs

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Pour onto a pre-heated and greased griddle or non stick pan. Cook on each side until brown.

Serves 8 (makes about 16 pancakes)

NOTE: I recommend using a mixer instead of the blender…it mixes more smoothly. Also use a VERY LOW heat, ( coconut flour will burn easily),And I cover mine with a lid to help them cook through Without burning.THEY are VERY good..
