I am NOT endorsing this product, but I tried it and it is very good.

(note: I am in NO WAY endorsing the Syrup, I just tried it and thought I would share with you)
KETO CREAM CHEESE PANCAKE RECIPE:
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
½ cup coconut flour
¼ c Swerve, or other favorite sweetener ( I like Monk Fruit Blend with Erythritol ...it is all natural and no funny taste)
½ cup heavy cream, or keto approved milk of choice
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Pour onto a pre-heated and greased griddle or non stick pan. Cook on each side until brown.
Serves 8 (makes about 16 pancakes)

NOTE: I recommend using a mixer instead of the blender…it mixes more smoothly.Also use a VERY LOW heat, ( coconut flour will burn easily),And I cover mine with a lid to help them cook through Without burning.THEY are VERY good..
